I am always "looking for a better way" to do something or trying to build a "better mouse trap". I have an entrepreneurial streak and don't mind taking risk in order to receive the rewards that can go along with it. I am very independent, direct and to the point. I will probably tell you to "get to the bottom line". I don't like routine and often delegate routine chores to someone else. I enjoys change, and one of my biggest fears is falling into a routine. I am very focused on what I am doing and I am almost always relatively insensitive to others that might be around me If I tell somebody something, or explain it, I'll say it ONCE and expect that everybody listening to understood because I'm ready to move on. I am very decisive and persistent in getting what I want and need.
